Licensed in the state of Florida, I work with individuals primarily of the Military, First Responders, and medical population, centered around moral injury, assimilation issues, and relational conflict. Continued experience includes working with adults coping with addiction and other comorbid disorders including OCD, depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, mood disorders, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Experience gained in individual therapy utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Eclectic styles with use of solution-focused treatment, building family support, group therapy, and providing integral training/lectures to include trauma informed care, somatic responses surrounding trauma, codependency, and relapse prevention.
